The Planning and Zoning Commission has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, July 18, 2019 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Trackside, 15 Station Road to accept public comment on revisions to the town’s Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD). The hearing follows approximately one and one-half years of study by the Planning and Zoning Commission with participation and input from other town boards and commissions.
A draft of the document is currently available for online viewing. Click here to review the Draft Plan. In addition to public comment taken at the hearing, comments may also be submitted via the website or email between now and the July 18th hearing date.
